Thousands Now Tapping, Have Changed Their Life
Who Never Thought They Could ...

EFT, also known as Tapping is a profound
yet easy way to do this.

And this is how it works...

Even though we have a Conscious thought process that leads us through our daily lives, we are not aware of our Unconscious.  However it is our Unconscious that controls our emotional responses, and it is known that 95% of our unconscious governs our daily lives.

Our body is like a super-computer, the most intricate system ever invented, it constantly responds to external influences and internal dialogue with electrical impulses.

The Body stores all this information, history, memories, and experiences in our cells, and these are kept as a recording, and played when we are faced with the same situation in our daily life.

When you tap, you are accessing these memories, by connecting with the unconscious through what we call our Meridians.

The Meridians form what is like an electrical circuit, within this system, and we use this system as a daily referral which gives constant feedback as to how we respond.

Tapping uses the meridian start or end points to overwrite an original unconscious pattern or emotional response.  This then creates a new and fresh response within us, the kind of response we would naturally have if we were not programmed with fear, or anger, or grief - whatever the emotion is, that may be controlling your life today.

When you repeatedly tap on a meridian point, using statements and language in a certain way, it can create a profound, and deep change within the body, sometimes creating immediate relief, especially noticeable if you have been in pain.

There are no limits to the effects Tapping has on the body.  It sees no difference between an emotional response like fear, or pain which you may have been living with for years.
These are all just signals the body sends to tell you something is not right, and it needs help.

When we are under constant stress, and have been living with these signs, and yet doing nothing, our body tries to adapt and maintain balance (homeostasis), but when we can no longer maintain this state of adaption, this stress spills over into parts of the body,
affecting us emotionally, and physically.
